Jarrod Cahn is a Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Credo Capital Plc. He is an attorney. He was formerly senior portfolio manager at Cahn Shapiro Stockbrokers (SA).

Laxmi Halai is a Director of Credo Property Group Limited. She is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK)(FCCA), formerly of J A Ewing & Co (London) Ltd, Meridian, JVC and Midlands Bank (now HSBC). She has been an employee of the Credo Group since inception.

Lee Holmes is the Managing Director of Credo Corporate Finance Limited and Group Counsel for Credo Group (U.K.) Limited. He is a solicitor, formerly of Arthur Andersen (SA), Clifford Chance (UK) and Lehman Brothers (UK).

He was previously a partner at BDO Stoy Hayward (where he was head of property and a non-executive director of their investment management subsidiary) and latterly the CFO of Telecom Plus PLC (a company listed on the LSE).

Nick Spencer is a Director of Credo Property Group Limited. He is a qualified chartered surveyor (MRICS), with a BSc (Hons) in Land Management (Reading University) and has a Masters in Real Estate Finance (MIT). He was formerly a director at Knight Frank International.

Rupert Silver is a Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at Credo Capital Plc. He qualified in Law before completing the Securities Institute Diploma. He was formerly employed at Brewin Dolphin Securities.

He is a certified public accountant with an MBA, formerly of PricewaterhouseCoopers (BVI) and currently with MWM Global Holdings and its two subsidiary companies: Meade Malone and Co., Certified Public Accountants and Abacus Trust Management Services Limited, which took over the operations of PricewaterhouseCoopers in the BVI.
