No action has been taken in the United Kingdom or any other jurisdiction to permit them to be offered in any other jurisdiction where it would be illegal or unlawful to do so.

This information is directed only at those persons who are entitled to receive such information because they fall within one of the categories of persons referred to in COB 3 Annex 5 of the Financial Services Authority ("FSA") rules and/or in the FSMA (Promotion of Collective Investment Schemes) (Exemptions) Order 2005, being, inter alia, someone who is already an investor in the same type of Fund, has invested in the previous 30 months in the same type of Fund or for whom such an investment, would in our reasonable assessment, be suitable. The opinions expressed on this website do not constitute investment advice and accordingly, unless you fall outside of the ambit of these rules, you should not rely on this information or make any decision about investing in these Funds without consulting us or your own investment advisor who will ensure that the Funds constitute a suitable investment for you.

The value of the Funds and the price of the shares in them can go down as well as up and may be affected by changes in interest rates or rates of exchange. You may not get back the amount invested. The Funds do not pay any dividends and are not suitable for investors requiring income.

The Funds may invest in assets denominated in currencies different to its base currency. Changes in rates of exchange may have an adverse affect on the price of the shares or the income earned by the Funds.

Past performance is not indicative of future performance.

There is no regular market for the Funds, but shareholders may redeem their shares at the end of each month by giving the appropriate period of notice set out in the Offering Memorandum.

The shares in the Funds are valued regularly by the Administrator and may be redeemed in accordance with the provisions in the Offering Memorandum. However, the shares are not regularly traded on or under the rules of an investment exchange and accordingly investors may not be able to realise their shares and they may not be able to obtain reliable information on the extent of the risks to which they are exposed or on the value of the shares, except from the Administrator. The Funds invest from time to time in assets which may also not be readily realisable and the Funds may find it difficult to sell or realise such assets or to obtain reliable information about their value or the extent of the risks to which they are exposed.

Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the financial information herein and whilst the Funds will be audited annually, the financial information, may from time to time, be based on unaudited figures.

The information contained in this website is by way of information only and does not constitute an offer, invitation or inducement to acquire shares in the Funds.
