Fund II re-enters UK market
with Carphone sale & leaseback deal


We are pleased to announce that Credo European Properties Limited (“Fund II”) has completed the purchase of Stanford House, a property in Warrington, leased to Carphone Warehouse, at a gross acquisition cost of approximately £14m.

This marks the end of a 3 year hiatus in which Credo's commercial property focus was outside of the UK and predominantly in central Europe.
