Credo announces the launch of the
Credo Poland Property Portfolio
We are pleased to announce the launch of a joint venture with Polish property investment company, Huntington Property Investments.
The Poland Portfolio offers clients the opportunity to invest in a portfolio of properties focused in the city of Katowice, one of the fastest growing cities in Poland.
Existing residential properties will be acquired for upgrading and conversion into mixed-use schemes where applicable.
We aim to raise €7.5m for this opportunity. Credo Property Fund III has committed €1.27m to the Poland Portfolio and we are offering the balance to other investors. There is a minimum commitment per investor of € 50,000 and the target IRR is 12%.
