Camden Wharf Sold - 98% Return on Equity

Camden Wharf was sold on 10 January 2007 for £31.5m, generating a return on equity of 98% and an IRR of 19%. Investors have almost doubled their money.

Camden Wharf is a mixed use property that was acquired for clients in April 2002 for £24.9m (using £4.96m of equity and £20m of debt).

A distribution of approximately £9.8m will be repaid to investors.
