The Twitter IPO has been one of the most highly publicised and anticipated IPO's of 2013. Pricing has finally been set, with a range of $17 - $20.

Its platform enables the timely creation and distribution of ideas and information among people and organizations by allowing users to browse through Tweets quickly and explore content more deeply through links, photos, media, and other applications that can be attached to each Tweet.

Offering Size 70m shares with a greenshoe of 10.5m

Applications need to be received by no later than Monday 4th November. Please note that these dates have been provided by Goldman Sachs and are subject to change.

Credo will apply for shares on a best endeavours basis and there is no guarantee that we will receive any allocation.

Please Note: There is no minimum application amount but in the likely event of a large scale back, clients who receive less than a $1,500 allocation (on a pro-rata basis) will not receive any shares.
